A Bagel Bag for the Bagel Bitch: To:morrow and Rosenberg's Bagels just dropped Denver's most unexpected and most inevitable collab.
By Ali Taylor, Founder — ouyi Creative
There are collaborations that make sense on paper. And then there are collaborations that make sense in your bones… The kind where you look at the two things side by side and think: obviously. How was this not always a thing?
To:morrow Leather Goods and Rosenberg's Bagels & Delicatessen is the second kind.
Denver's emerging luxury leather atelier and the city's most beloved bagel institution have joined forces for the launch of the Bagel Bag: a limited, handcrafted leather piece designed for the woman who takes her accessories exactly as seriously as her Sunday morning order. It arrives with a hand-curated build-your-own lox kit.
It is, in a word: everything.
The Bag
The Bagel Bag is a leather fold-over bag — proportioned and shaped specifically after a bakery bag. A deli bag. The thing you reach for on a Saturday morning without thinking about it.
Natural leather. 3 colors and styles. The fold is the signature detail. It reads as a bagel bag before it registers as a luxury leather piece and that delay, that moment of recognition, is entirely the point. McCall Morrow has built a career on objects that earn your attention. The Bagel Bag does this in about four seconds flat.
It arrives in clear secondary packaging that reveals the leather before you've even opened it. You see the bag through the wrap. You know what you're holding. You still have to open it to believe it.
The Kit
Inside every Bagel Bag: a build-your-own lox kit, sourced with the same intentionality McCall brings to every stitch.
Everything bagel from Rosenberg's. Fresh cream cheese. Wild-caught salmon lox. Capers. Fresh dill. Red onion.
Rosenberg's smoked fish is not an afterthought — it's a tradition. Their Nova begins with premium Atlantic salmon from the pristine waters of Nova Scotia, cold-smoked for 10 to 12 hours into something silky and buttery and unmistakably New York. Their Gravlax pays tribute to Scandinavian tradition — sustainably sourced Atlantic salmon cured with salt, sugar, dill, and citrus, never smoked, showcasing the fish in its purest form. Their Pastralmon is a Rosenberg's original: cold-smoked Scottish salmon finished with a pastrami spice crust of black pepper, coriander, garlic, and warm spices. Two New York institutions in one bite.
This is a lox kit for people who understand that the best things are sourced, not grabbed.
The Campaign Line
A bagel bag for the bagel bitch.
That's it. That's the whole brief.
Why This Exists
I'll be honest about where this came from.
We live in a moment saturated with "be smaller" messaging — shrink yourself, disappear into the trend. And in the middle of all of that, I wanted to create something with my client that felt the exact opposite. Upscale. A little bit bitchy. Understood by everyone.
Because here's the thing about bagels: they connect us. Post-night-out with your friends at 2am. Sunday brunch with someone you actually like. Sharing a plate and swapping sides. It's a ritual. It's a gathering. It's the most democratic food there is — beloved by everyone regardless of zip code, age, or how seriously they take their lifestyle routine.
A luxury lox kit for a luxury leather brand made complete sense to me. The irony is the whole point. The craft earns the joke. Everything else follows.
The Partnership
McCall Morrow studied Accessory Design at SCAD, Savannah College of Art and Design, the institution that produces creatives trained not just in skill but in the understanding that design is never accidental. I came out of SCAD as a FASM kid… Fashion Merchandising and Management: with the same obsession with creative excellence, just applied differently. When you share that foundation with someone, you recognize it immediately. It shows up in how they work, how they think, how seriously they take the details nobody else would notice.
To:morrow's partnership with ouyi Creative, the creative studio I founded, is built on exactly that shared language. McCall makes the piece. We tell the story. And that’s how the Bagel Bag happens.
For Rosenberg's, this marks their first foray into fashion gifting — a natural evolution for a brand whose identity has always been about more than food. Rosenberg's vision is to nourish the soul through the flavors of immigrant stories. Their mission is tikkun olam — repairing the world — expressed through every carefully sourced, patiently cured, honestly prepared plate. To partner with a brand built on the same values of craft, heritage, and intention felt less like a collaboration and more like an introduction that was always going to happen.
